Docklands yoga

Docklands yoga was founded by Amanda Corsi in 2010. Born from the idea that in such a fast and stressful environment yoga could create an oasis of rest for city workers.

Through the years it has developed from just one  yoga class in a community centre to providing yoga and Pilates to the worlds biggest bank from Morgan Stanley to Citigroup... To London most exclusive gyms and to retreats around the UK and Europe.
