Amanda founded Docklandsyoga in 2010. As a former investment banker professional she discovered the importance yoga can have in order to counteract a stressful job and also to rebalance the physical body after many hours spend at a desk.
She is now one of the most established teacher in Canary Wharf. Her corporate clients include Morgan Stanley, Commerzbank, Citigroup, Clifford Chance, Barclays.

Emma has been a student of yoga for over 10 years. Completing over 500hr in training traveling from India to Bali to learn and re learn. Trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and most recently 200hr in Tantric Hatha. Emma is passionate to share the medicine of yoga with all and it’s transformative qualities that nourish the soul.
Bea started her yoga journey in 1999 as part of her dance and movement training. During her career in the performing arts, her regular yoga practice helped her to grow a healthier and more sensible body, able to quickly recover and prevent from injury.

Bea has developed her studies at the Himalaya Yoga Valley, with founder Lalit Kumar, studying traditional Yoga systems such as Yoga Nidra, Raja Yoga and Hatha, rooted in the Ashtanga tradition; furthered her training in England at the Yogacampus, specialising in Prenatal yoga with Uma Dismore- Tuli; and at The Yoga Clinic, with Alexandra Cat in Trauma Clinic Trauma Sensitive Yoga, (TCTSY, 20hrs foundation course).

One-to-one private classes £ 90 per hour at Docklands yoga or zoom
and £ 110 at student‘s home, two-to-one private Classes £ 110per hour. Please note 24 hrs cancellation notice is required. If not full amount cost will be charged.
