list recognized as one of the most imposing mountain landscapes on the planet: here you can enjoy a general well-being feeling of body and mind. Relax yourself while taking in the breathtaking views of peaks and valleys, breathe in the crystal clear alpine air, bask in the warm sunshine next to turquoise lakes at the foot of inspiring mountains.

Accommodation and Cuisine:
Bel Vert is the host venue of our retreat. A friendly and cosy family run hotel located in a picture perfect flowery meadow with superb views of the Dolomites jagged peaks. The Hotel has been recently renovated in local Tyrolean style, with colourful flower balconies and elegant rooms furnished with local wood. You may relax in the Finnish or bio sauna, the steam bath, the Kneipp foot whirlpool and the hydro-massage showers.
Breakfast: You can start the day with a rich and varied buffet style breakfast, which contains a variety of healthy local products.
Lunch: one of the Dolomites highlights are the huts scattered across the mountains where you can eat traditional Italian local food. Or the Hotel can prepare a packet lunch (approx. 6 pounds) and you can enjoy a picnic in the meadows.
Dinner: The variety of dinner options is endless from Michelin Star Restaurants to small family pizzeria. You will be spoilt for choice.
Yoga practice will be Vinyasa Flow based, a dynamic practice to create vitality, energy awareness and an opening up of the body. Yin yoga on some evenings to recharge the energy after a long day in the mountains.
Pilates classes will be based on the Stott method (http://www.merrithew.com/stott-pilates/faq) a contemporary approach focusing on precision and body awareness.
Classes will be every morning and evening alternated as follow 4 mornings and 2 evenings of yoga classes and 2 mornings and 4 evenings of pilates class – leaving the rest of the day free for walks or strolls, climbing, via ferrata, sightseeing or full relax strolling in the meadows and relaxing in the spa.
Val Gardena Active, the hotel offer an inclusive programme of extensive and varied leisure activities in the mountains! You can participate for free or for a reduced price. Activities ranges from different levels of guided walks with local mountain guides, flora and fauna walks with experts, climbing course for beginners, water rafting, paragliding, mountain bikes, Nordic walking and helicopter rides.
Outings and extra activities:
There are numerous day trip you can take from Selva: Lake garda, Bolzano South Tyrol Capital with Otzi the Ice man Museum, Verona and the Opera, Venice.
Please bring: your own yoga mat, european conversion plug, walking boots, currency.
